• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled ride may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the ride may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. Service Policies

• The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will result in additional charges.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Best Limo USA is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the ride.
